Practical work 1: For the first half of the lesson we played games: Splat One worded game - 2 people go in front of the class and were only allowed to say 1 word each. This was a challenge as we didn't know what word our partner was going to say. So it was all improvisation. The next game, 2 people went on stage, Rob gave a line each but neither of them knew what the other person was going to say. This improvisation game was quite difficult as we had to try and say the line at the right time. After doing the games we went over our performances for Identity. We were only allowed to rehearse it once. It was a success as we didn’t stop, we were all able to stay in character except at the end when Dee had to do an introduction for the dance. She was supposed to say “and this is us” but she forgot to say it, so we had to remind her. But overall this was the most successful run through we have ever rehearsed.
